  4. Do you carry insurance to cover shipments?

    Yes, we offer shipment insurance for an extra charge through our reputable insurance provider.

  5. Are you a member of C-TPAT?

    Yes, we are a Certified Member of C-TPAT - Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism.

  6. Do you provide 24hr services?

    Yes, we are available for consultation or confirmation of shipments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  7. Do you guarantee delivery?

    We guarantee that we will provide 100% attention to your shipment to ensure successful delivery to your clients.

  8. Do you provide warehouse services?

    Yes, we provide warehousing, packaging, container stowage and local pick-up/delivery services.

  9. Do you accept credit card payments?

    Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. We accept payment by cash, check or wire transfers.

  10. Do you offer volume discounts?

    Unfortunately, no. As each shipment is a separate, valued operation, we do not offer a volume discount.
